I am an Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney. I have over 22 years of varied legal experience. My work focuses on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Medicaid Planning, and health insurance/healthcare advocacy. I also have extensive civil litigation experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts.

My professional activities include the following:

• Region 10 Trustee (Monmouth & Ocean County) of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey
• Second Vice-Chair and Board Member of the Minorities in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association
• Attorney Member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District VIII Ethics Committee for Middlesex County (2017-2021)
• Former Vice-Chair of the Individual Rights Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association
• Equal Justice Medal Recipient (2014), Legal Services of New Jersey (for pro bono work)
• Board Member of Community Affairs & Resource Center, a non-profit that provides community services in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean County, New Jersey
• Vice-Chair and Appointed Member of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Health Services Planning Council, which administers HIV/AIDS related health and social services for the Middlesex,-Somerset-Hunterdon region.
